Objective
The goal of this project is to build a platform that connects companies and employees to promote transparency, validation, and scoring based on verified work history, instead of providing paper or digital experience letters. Currently, companies either verify a candidate’s background themselves or hire a vendor, which is time-consuming and costly. This portal solves that issue by having employees and employers create profiles that are verified by the portal admin. Employees confirm working at a company, and employers verify that the employee worked for them. This mandatory dual verification saves companies significant time and money while providing validated details about both parties.

Company User Story
– Companies register and create profiles on the portal (website or app). They provide general info, corporate details, and employment info which is verified by the portal team.
– Verified companies get a score and ID number. Once their profile is 100% complete and approved by admin, they are emailed login details.
– Companies can add staff to manage their portal profile. They add and verify employees.
– When hiring, companies can view candidate scores and work histories with feedback.
– OTP verification is sent to company owners when staff adds or verifies employees.
Employee User Story
– Job seekers create accounts and view company profiles and scores. Some info is free, more requires a paid membership.
– As they work, their profile shows employment history and ratings. When they list a company, that company can verify or reject the claim.
– Verified badges are available through purchased packages. The portal team verifies employee details.
Admin User Story
– Manages the system. Verifies and approves company profiles.
– Creates location and other masters. Reviews companies and employees.
– Creates packages for company verification and employee verification/visibility.
